Hugging this character: Feel free to try, how appreciative she'll be depends on how well she knows the character attempting it.
Kissing this character: Probably not a good idea unless some major CR has developed over time.
Flirting with this character: Sure, she won't be offended but it probably won't have much of an effect.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: If your character attempts this, be adviced that Ghanima's mind is very special. She was awakened to full consciousness before she was even born, and carries within her mind the memories and personalities of her ancestors. She might become aware of an attempt to read her mind (I'm really not sure) and would then very likely try to block it, but in any case it would probably be a confusing and possibly somewhat overwhelming experience to try to get inside her head.

Ghani has the skills of a Bene Gesserit Reverend Mother, but it's not likely that she will use them much on anyone. Still, if there is anything here you absolutely do not want her to ever do to your character, just let me know.
